Elwin Hart

Police are holding 63 year old Elwin Hart following the shooting deaths of his 61 year old girlfriend Linda Nickle and 24 year old Elizabeth Newcomer.

These are #18 and #19 for the year and now the trend currently is for up to 133 homicides to occur before the end of the year. Cold, snowy weather usually slows down crime. One has to wonder what it will be like once we thaw out.
