z 6 days ago, IMPD Officer David Brisard struck 3 motorcycles stopped at the intersection of 56th St and Brendon Way South Dr.
Blood testing showed his BAC at 0.19% a couple hours later.
Based on that evidence, the now-suspended officer has been formally charged with one count of Reckless Homicide and 6 other charges related to the serious injuries of two other victims and the alcohol findings. As as result of the homicide charge, we have added Eric Wells to out list of victims.
Some news reports are suggesting one of the survivors’s injuries are still being described as life threatening.

Do you have a link to those reports? I swear I read a report somewhere that one of the injured is in a coma, and the other is going to be having several surgeries in the near future. But I can’t find it anywhere.
One of the TV reports, I can’t say for sure which but probably WISH. The surviving guy has severe skull injuries.
