Brandon Johnson… again

While he didn’t make the news this time, he was hauled in last night around 11pm on a warrant for parole violation. This time he was given accommodations in the adult section. Wonder which he prefers, that — or Juvie Hall?

I think you have the wrong person. Brandon Johnson was only 15 years old last year in June of 2010 according to media reports. This person is 18 going on 19. Johnson couldn’t possibly be older than 17.
    .
Any convictions Johnson had as a juvenile wouldn’t be public record therefore they couldn’t list “robbery.”. Nonetheless, Johnson was never convicted of “robbery” and is not on “parole.” In fact, I’m not sure they ever convicted him of anything. Remember they tried to get him on gang charges based on gang paraphenalia in his house and gun possession based on a photo of a gun he had on his cell phone? They had to drop the bogus gang charges right away. They tried him fairly recently on the gun charge but not surprisingly he was acquitted. He’s probably the only person ever prosecuted for gun possesion based on a possessing a photo of a gun.
    .
Brandon Johnson’s initial brush with the law happened when he supposedly tried to interfere with the arrest of his older brother and was beaten by police officers. his person is 19 going on 20. I don’t think Johnson was ever convicted of anything, much less “robbery.” I don’t think Brandon Johnson has much of a criminal record at all…not that the police and prosecutor haven’t tried since he filed the brutality complaint.
    .
Trust me, if Brandon Johnson were arrested, Abdul would be all over the story.

Trust me, it was ‘the’ Brandon Johnson they brought in. A supervisor (B518) was dispatched to the scene as a result. The warrant and identification (age, tattoo, height weight) were checked multiple times.

What’s striking is the record lists a 4 year sentence, ‘delinquent’ as the facility (which I take to mean a juvenile offender) and no release date. Perhaps someone is messing with the statedatabase?

Indiana ought to include gallery photos online, like other states do.

I don’t know Bart. Where did the conviction for robbery come from as well as his being on “parole?” That is all new information that I’ve never seen reported before. Maybe there is some errors in the database. That’s possible.

The 19 in #197195 indicates he was convicted in “09″

Could it be that he was in trouble when he was beaten?
