Once again, Indianapolis has officially maintained its homicide murder count “under 100″ — by ignoring the other 21 violent deaths which occurred last year.  Numbers don’t lie, but…

Meanwhile, a motorist — whose car had a flat tire – was shot while attempting to change the tire.  Another car pulled up and someone in it opened fire, for no apparent reason.

Such is life in the 22nd most dangerous city in America.
